Private and group yoga sessions shaped entirely around you — your pace, your body, your life. No experience needed. Just the willingness to arrive.
Whether you are finding your feet, rebuilding, or simply seeking stillness — there is a place for you here.
Mat and Mantra was built on a quiet belief — that yoga belongs to everyone. Not just the flexible, the fit, or the young. Everyone.
Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time, returning after a long pause, or moving gently through the needs of a long-term health condition — we begin exactly where you are.
We move slowly here. No performance. Only presence, breath, and the quiet work of coming home to yourself.
Both sessions are fully online. Pricing is always personal — reach out and we will find something that fits you.
One instructor. One student. Every session built entirely around you — your pace, your body, your needs. Quiet, unhurried, and deeply personal.
A small, warm community moving together. There is something quietly powerful about breathing in unison — energising, grounding, and never crowded.
Pricing is discussed personally — no fixed rates, no hidden costs.
Namrata is a certified yoga instructor with over seven years of teaching experience. Her journey with yoga began not in a studio, but out of personal necessity — she was diagnosed with PCOD and turned to yoga to heal herself. What started as a quiet act of self-care became a calling.
Before following that calling full-time, Namrata spent years as a consultant with KPMG and Deloitte. She left the corporate world not out of restlessness, but out of a deep conviction — that helping people move, breathe, and heal mattered more.
Today she teaches yoga and mindfulness with the same precision she brought to consulting, and the same warmth she found on her mat. Every session is thoughtful, structured, and shaped entirely around the person in front of her.
No payment. No commitment. Just a quiet hour together to see if this feels right. We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm your time.
